Fethi Ahmet Öner from ABE Türkiye has been working as a biology teacher in Türkiye for 21 years. After an accident at a young age, he was left with burn scars on his right hand, face, and other parts of his body. However, this never hindered his determination. Throughout his career, he has led national and international projects at the schools where he has worked, inspiring his students with his passion for science. With his dedication, he continues to serve as a role model and mentor for his students.

Currently teaching at the Murat Kantarcı Science and Art Center, our ABE Türkiye teacher, Fethi Ahmet Öner, aims to mentor young scientists and develop projects that enhance the societal benefits of science. By earning the 2024-2025 Global Master Teacher Mini Grant, he has taken his contributions in this field to the next level. We wholeheartedly congratulate him!
