Access to LabXchange
How to Access ABE Ireland Teaching Materials on LabXchange
1. Go to https://www.labxchange.org/sign-up
2. Create an account.
- Select ‘Continue with email’.
- For your role, we suggest selecting ‘educator’ as this means that you can set up your own classes on LabXchange as well as joining our class.
- Detailed instructions for creating a LabXchange account can be found here if needed.
3. Once logged in, click on ‘My classes’ - this will bring you to your ‘Dashboard’. The ‘My classes’ button can always be found in the top right corner of LabXchange.
4. Select ‘Classes I’m in’ on your Dashboard.
5. Click ‘Join a class’ and enter the class code C37D4E and request to join the class.
6. Wait until your request has been approved by a member of the ABE Ireland team. You do not automatically get entered into the class - it must be approved by an ABE Ireland team member (bear this in mind if you are wanting to get access the weekend before running the ABE labs - we do not check emails on the weekend).
7. You will get an email notifying you when your request has been approved.
8. Once you have registered for the class and your request has been approved, it will always appear on the ‘Classes I’m in’ tab on your dashboard when you are logged in to your account.
