Introduction to the Amgen Biotech Experience (ABE - 28 September–2 October from 7:30pm-9:00pm UTC each day). This course is designed to introduce new ABE teachers to the ABE community and curriculum. It is intended as a pre-workshop before hands-on lab training and kit sign-out. Teachers gain an understanding of the history, structure, key concepts, and central lab techniques included in the ABE curriculum, the content and skills in each lab, supports for student inquiry, and connections to cutting-edge technologies and discoveries.
