In September, the ABE Tampa team welcomed both new and returning teachers for a two-day training event. Below are some pictures from the training that feature our teachers learning and practicing the lab techniques exercised in the ABE program.

In February, Tampa ABE presented at the St. Pete Science Festival for two days. We met so many wonderful people and taught them about our program. 

Last February (Feb 9 and 10, 2024) we attended the St. Pete Science Festival. We focused on training future scientists on one of the most important skills in Biotechnology - the correct use of the micropipettes! Our tent was a success, and we hope to have a bigger space for next year, so more people can have a fun day doing Pipetting Art!
