We are excited to announce that one of the first Amgen Biotech Experience Master Teacher Fellows will be Irish teacher Declan Cathcart from Temple Carrig School in Greystones Co Wicklow.

Síle Lane joined a webinar to mark Science Week 2020 with Amgen Dun Laoghaire. The online event included a series of short talks and aimed to introduce Amgen Dun Laoghaire staff to the Amgen Biotech Experience programme and encourage them to get involved.

The Amgen Biotech Experience is celebrating its 30^th anniversary this month. Since 1990, ABE has empowered secondary school science teachers around the world to implement real-world biotechnology labs in their classrooms, providing teacher training, curriculum materials and research-grade equipment at no cost.
